信裡附上這幾項，可以更快幫你解決：使用的是電腦版（Windows 或 Mac）還是 iPhone 版、程式版本、發生了什麼、出現的錯誤訊息或截圖。電腦版可以在右上角「⋯ 更多」→「匯出診斷報告」，把下載的檔案一起附上（報告不含照片，檔名也已遮蔽）。
常見問題
會不會刪錯照片？
不會直接刪除。電腦版會先把你選擇不要的檔案移到同一顆硬碟上的「_待刪除」資料夾，隨時可以按「復原」放回原位，確認沒問題後才真正刪除。iPhone 版刪除時會先跳出系統確認視窗，刪掉的照片會先進「照片」App 的「最近刪除」，30 天內都能救回。標記為「我的最愛」或放在受保護資料夾裡的照片，永遠不會被自動選去刪除。
我的照片會被上傳嗎？
不會。所有分析都在你自己的電腦或 iPhone 上完成，詳見隱私權政策。
免費可以做什麼？
掃描和查看結果都免費。「完全重複」的檔案可以免費整理，數量不限；其他分類（同張不同版本、相似場景、截圖、文件、拍壞的照片、大影片）可以免費處理 50 張，滿意再一次付費解鎖全部，不需要訂閱。
不同的人會被分在同一組嗎？
不會。同一個場景裡如果拍到的是不同的人，會分在不同組，不會把朋友的照片當成你的重複照片刪掉。
Mac 上無法整理外接硬碟？
如果外接硬碟是 Windows 格式（NTFS），Mac 只能讀不能寫，所以無法移動檔案。請改在 Windows 電腦上整理，或把硬碟格式改成兩邊都能寫入的 exFAT（改格式會清除硬碟資料，請先備份）。
一組序號可以用在幾台裝置？
一次購買得到一組序號，一共可以啟用 3 台裝置（電腦、iPhone、Android 都算），在其他裝置的 App 裡輸入同一組序號就能解鎖。用完 3 台後就不能再啟用新的裝置，需要再購買一組。同一台裝置刪除再重裝 App、或電腦重灌系統，都不會多算；電腦維修更換主機板後無法啟用的話，請寫信給我們。
序號遺失了怎麼辦？
寫信給我們，附上購買時使用的電子郵件或訂單編號，我們會重新寄給你。
可以退款嗎？
購買後 14 天內，如果軟體在你的電腦或手機上無法正常運作，而且我們協助後仍無法解決，可以全額退款。請寫信並附上訂單編號與問題說明。在 App Store 購買的 iPhone 版，退款依 Apple 的退款流程辦理。
支援哪些系統？
電腦版：Windows 10 以上、macOS 11 以上。iPhone 版：iOS 17 以上（開發中）。

FAQ
Could it delete the wrong photos?
Nothing is deleted right away. On desktop, files you choose to remove are moved to a “_待刪除” (“To delete”) folder on the same drive; you can undo at any time and only delete for good once you’re sure. On iPhone, iOS asks you to confirm and deleted photos go to “Recently Deleted” for 30 days. Favorites and photos in protected folders are never selected for deletion automatically.
Are my photos uploaded?
No. Everything is analyzed on your own computer or iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
What’s free?
Scanning and reviewing results is free. Exact duplicates can be cleaned up for free with no limit; for the other categories (other versions, similar shots, screenshots, documents, bad shots, large videos) you can handle 50 photos for free, then unlock everything with a one-time purchase — no subscription.
Will different people end up in the same group?
No. Shots of different people in the same scene go into separate groups.
Can’t organize an external drive on a Mac?
If the drive is formatted for Windows (NTFS), a Mac can read but not write to it. Use a Windows PC, or reformat the drive as exFAT (this erases the drive — back it up first).
How many devices can I use one key on?
Each purchase gives you one license key that can be activated on 3 devices in total (computers, iPhone and Android all count) — enter the same key in the app on another device to unlock it. Once it has been used on 3 devices, it can't activate any more and you'll need a new key. Reinstalling the app, or your computer's operating system, on the same device doesn't count again; if a repair (such as a new motherboard) stops your computer from activating, write to us.
Lost your license key?
Email us with the email address or order number you used to buy, and we’ll resend it.
Refunds
Within 14 days of purchase, if the software doesn’t work properly on your device and we can’t fix it together, you get a full refund. Email us with your order number and a description of the problem. iPhone purchases made through the App Store are refunded through Apple.
